The appearance of falsifications, which are sold as CJSC NPP ROGNEDA manufactured products at the markets of Russia and other countries, has forced us to undertake a number of immediate measures to protect our intellectual property. In this connection we ask You to pay attention to the following..
1. All our products are packed in the packaging materials, the appearance of which is presented at the corporate Internet site www.rogneda.ru. This kind of packaging is effected at the specialized enterprises possessing the most up-to-date technologies and equipment, which complicates the creation of falsifications. The packaging contains the trade marks of CJSC NPP ROGNEDA, registered in the order established by the legislation. The products are shipped with the complete set of necessary documents (certificates, passports etc.), and the promotion of the goods at the consumers’ market is tracked by the Company specialists. You can ascertain the authenticity of the acquired products with our trade mark, reporting to us the information of the bar-code which is marked at the corresponding packaging, and the place where you bought the product.
2. The exporting of our products is executed by the enterprise which was specially formed for this purpose – CJSC ROGNEDA TD. Only this establishment is granted the right to draw up in the corresponding organizations (establishments) of Russia the Certificates of origin, form ST-1; the establishment possesses all the necessary documents specified by the Regulations of the EU No. 3254/94 and No. 12/97 and the System of Standartization of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Only in separate cases the export of our goods can be performed be a third party with the original written consent of CJSC ROGNEDA TD. Besides, in accordance with the Customs code of the Russian Federation, the Povision on the protection of intellectual property rights by customs authorities, approved by Order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 27.10.2003 No. 1192 (registered by the Russian Ministry of Justice, registration number 5341) CJSC NPP ROGNEDA is entered in the Customs Register of intellectual property objects. Therefore the products manufactured by CJSC NPP ROGNEDA under the registered trade marks, which is exported from the RF customs territory not by the CJSC ROGNEDA TD, but by a third party, which did not supply to the customs authorities the original written consent for the export, is to be taken in custody by the customs authorities of Russia as pirate production.
