ADVANTAGES
Thanks to the high-efficiency preservatives and special additives, EUROTEX® will not just give an attractive appearance to the wooden surfaces, but also protect them from biological damage. EUROTEX® forms a smooth, elastic, breathable polymer film on the wood surface, which is capable of resisting negative atmospheric effects, protecting wooden surfaces from rain, snow, and sun, as well as from biological damage (decay, mildew, mold, stain).
EUROTEX® was made on the acrylate base, which does not contain any organic solvents. Safe for people and animals.
It is easy and convenient to work with EUROTEX: the compound has no odor.
The color range is practically unlimited: 16 basic colors and a large number of hues, created on their basis. There is a possibility to use colorless EUROTEX® compound as a base for tinting machines.
Reliability, efficiency, and durability are the main advantages of the German components made by the Bayer company, which are a part of EUROTEX®.
APPLICATIONS
Processing inside and outside wooden surfaces: walls, ceilings, frames, doors, gable ends and facades, staircases, fences, garden structures and furniture, made of sawn and sliced wood veneer sheets, chipboard, fiberboard (except yacht floors and bottom parts).
PURPOSE
decorative painting of wood to imitate finewood sorts (texturing, glazing, color finish);
protecting wood from atmospheric effects and biological damage (decay, mildew, molds, wood stain), as well as from wood-eating insects infestation;
giving water-, dust-, and dirt-resistant properties to wooden surfaces;
preliminary treatment of wooden surfaces before painting or lacquering by other water-dispersion materials.
To receive a level shade when treating large surfaces, it is recommended to mix the required quantity of EUROTEX® in a single container.
The intensity of the shade depends largely on the sort of wood, the quality of the surface finish, and the number of the layers applied.
CONSUMPTION RATE FOR SINGLE APPLICATION:
1 kg per 15-20 m2 of the planed boards surface
1 kg per 4-8 m2 of the sawn boards surface
PROPERTIES:
Withstands 5 freezing cycles.
Mixing with other compounds is not allowed.
The EUROTEX® compound is sold ready-for-use (it is allowed to add not more than 10 % water of the compound weight). Mixing with other compounds is not allowed.
During the application the ambient temperature and the surface temperature must not be below +5° C.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: store at temperature of 0 to +40 °C in a sealed container. Do not freeze!
