EUROTEX-SAUNA Protective Wood Coating

PURPOSE

EUROTEX-SAUNA protective coating is used to protect wood under the conditions of high temperature and periodic wetting, characteristic of saunas and bath houses.

PROPERTIES:

• EUROTEX-SAUNA compound protects wood against decay, mold, mildew.
• Natural waxes give the coating exclusive water- and dirt-resistant properties.
• The compound forms a colorless silky protective coating on the wood surface.
• The resulting protective coating is safe at high temperatures.
• Absence of organic solvents in the compound makes its application in enclosed areas more convenient.
• The EUROTEX-SAUNA compound is neither toxic, nor flammable.

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

EUROTEX-SAUNA protective coating is designed for treating wood surfaces in any bath houses and saunas (except the shelves).

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

EUROTEX-SAUNA protective coating is applied using a brush or spraying device on a clean surface at the ambient temperature and temperature of the treated surface not below +5°C. To guarantee quality application it is recommended to apply the compound in several (2-3) thin layers in all rooms, except the steam room.

The repeated treatment of washing rooms, which undergo excessive wetting, should be carried out every 3 years, and other rooms - every 5 years.

The consumption rate comprises 70 – 90 g/m² for one layer.

Storage conditions:

The shelf life comprises 24 months from date of manufacture, at the temperature of 0 to +40°C. The compound can withstand up to 5 freezing cycles without any substantial loss of properties.
