Fire Safety Certificate No. ССПБ.RU.ОП019.В00476
ATTENTION, MANAGERS OF ENTERPISES AND ORGANIZATIONS performing fire-protection work for wood, in the field of civil and industrial construction, related to wood processing, as well as all those who are interested in the preservation of the erected wooden structures and buildings.
According to SNiP, wooden structures, designed as people dwellings, must be necessarily treated by special fire-retardant compounds, meeting the requirements of NPB 251-98 and GOST 16363.
ADVANTAGES
- High efficiency of protection by moderate consumption.
- Provides for Group 1 fire-protection efficiency (fire-resistant wood).
- High ability to penetrate in wood texture.
- The coating is resistant to ageing.
- Neither paints wood, nor prevents its natural breathing.
- Made on the basis of environmentally safe retardants and preservatives. Exerts no harmful influence on the health of people and animals.
- Ideally suited for treating country houses, cottages, and other wooden buildings.
- Sold ready for application.
- State-of-the-art technologies and in-depth control at all production stages guarantee high quality of the compound.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Fenilax fire- and biological proteciton compound (TU 2389-024-13238275-03) is a water solution of retardants, preservatives, and special additives.
The Fenilax compound was certified by the Russian Research Institute of Fire-Prevention of the Russian Federation Ministry of Emergencies (Fire Safety Certificate No. SSPB.OP0019.V00476).
The Fenilax compound was permitted for application by the Center of State Sanitary and Epidomiological Control of Moscow.
PURPOSE
Treatment of buildings and inside and outside structures for fire- and biological protection.
The Fenilax compound guarantees:
- efficient fire protection of wood according to GOST 16363 - Group 1 (noncombustibe wood) or Group 2 (nonflammable wood), depending on the consumption.
- reliable protection of wood from decay, mildew, wood stain, and other damaging biological factors.
The consumption of the compound comprises 300 g/m2 for Group 2, and 500 g/m2 for Group 1 of fire-protection efficiency. The fire- and biological protection remains efficient during at least 2-4 years.
BRIEF APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Fenilax compound should be applied to the free from other coatings clean surface of air-dried wood (maximum admissible moisture - 30 %) by a brush, spraying device, or submerging, providing for the required (depending on the fire-proteciton efficiency group) consumption. It is allowed to apply one or more layers of the compound (the period between the layers application is at least 2-3 hours). The temperature of air, the compound and the wood must not be below +5°C.
The used compound (which has been in contact with the wood, brush, etc.) should not be returned to the container with the clean compound.
Storage conditions: store in a sealed container at the temperature not below -5°C, repeated freezing excluded.
Shelf life -24 months from date of manufacture.
