GENERAL INFORMATION
The Krugozor® primer (TU 2316-019-13238275-01) is a water dispersion of acrylate copolymer with an addition of preservative, modifying, and process agents.
The primer was permitted for application by the Center of State Sanitary and Epidomiological Control of Moscow.
PURPOSE
The Krugozor® acrylate water-resistant primer is designed to prepare the surface for painting by the Krugozor® water-dispersion paint and similar water-dispersion paints. Used to strengthen surfaces which peel off rather easily. Contributes to the reduction of paint consumption, improvement of the painting quality.
The primer can be used for additional protection of wooden surfaces painted by the Aquatex® compound produced by NPP Rogneda CJSC from weather effect.
Used on plastered, brick, concrete, asbestos-cement, wooden, fiberboard, veneer, and other surfaces. Easily applied.
Distinguished by high penetrating ability and good adhesion. Used for inside painting operations with any humidity at the work area and for outside painting.
Forms a matte, water-resistant, breathable coating.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The treated surface should be cleaned from dust, dirt, and peeling old coating.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Stir the primer before use. Aplly with a brush, applicator roll, or spraying device at the temperature of the base and air not below +5°C. Well-absorbing bases should be treated with undiluted primer. Bases with high absorbing power should be covered with two layer of the primer: the first time by the primer diluted by water with the volume ratio of 1:1, the second time with undiluted primer. Drying period: 1 hour at 20°C. Primer consumption 70-200 g/m2. The instruments must be rinsed in water right after the painting is finished..
Storage conditions: store in a sealed container at a temperature above 0°C.
Warranty shelf life - 12 months from date of manufacture.
