BKM-100 Corrosion-Resistant Mastic (asphalt and rubber)

GENERAL INFORMATION

BKM-100 mastic (TU 2384-007-13238275-97) is a solution of asphalt, specially selected rubbers, corrosion-resistant and adhesive additives in organic solvents.

The mastic was permitted for application by the Center of State Sanitary and Epidomiological Control of Moscow.

APPLICATION

1. Corrosion and anti-noise protection of cars.
2. Protection of car sills, bottoms, spars, and wheelarches from moisture, salt solutions, abrasive wear (sand, stone chips). BKM-100 mastic is fully compatible with factory anticorrosive coatings of Russian and foreign cars.
3. Waterproofing of foundations and other similar objects.
4. Waterproofing and biocidal treatment of wooden, concrete, metal, and other structures which are in contact with humid environment (underground parts of buildings).
5. Anticorrosive treatment of metal structures and facilities (cold and hot water supply pipes, metal fences, etc.).

Consumption 0.8-1.0 l/m². Works must be carried out at the temperature of air and the base of 0 to +40°C. It is possible to apply the mastic over the old anticorrosive coatings.

Storage conditions: Store in a sealed container at a temperature not exceding +40°C.

Warranty shelf life - 12 months from date of manufacture.
