GENERAL INFORMATION
The Rebaks-M® mastic (TU 5775-011-13238275-97) is a solution of asphalt, rubber and special additives in an organic solvent.
The mastic was permitted for application by the Center of State Sanitary and Epidomiological Control of Moscow.
PURPOSE AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION
The Rebaks-M® mastic is designed for roofing and repairing the existing roofs and waterproofing in the buildings of various application in any climatic conditions of the Russian Federation, as well as for anticorrosive protection of metal structures, technological equipment and motor cars.

BRIEF APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Rebaks-M® roof mastic should be stirred thoroughly before use, if necessary (including low temperature conditions) dilute with a solvent (gasoline, white spirit, paint thinner, xylene, 646 and 647 solvents) to the required consistency.
The mastic should be applied to dry clean surface at the temperature of the air and the base from 0 to +40 °C by airless spraying, or dispensing with the subsequent levelling by special rakes, roll, putty knife, or brush. It is recommended to apply the Rebaks-M® primer coating to the treated surfaces, diluting the mastic by the solvents mentioned above with the 1:1 ratio, or apply any other asphalt based primer with the consumption of 0.15-0.20 l/m 2. By roofing and waterproofing works it is recommended to apply several layers of mastic (each layer with a consumption of not more than 1 l/m 2), placing reinforcement material between them (glass fabric, glass-fibre mat, etc.) in accordance with the Application Manual...". Estimated mastic consumption:
- roofing: depending on the roof design - at least 4 l/m2;
- waterproofing: depending on the position head - 3-6 l/m2;
- corrosion protection: depending on the type of the protected object and the corrosive power - 0.8-6 l/m2.
It is possible to use the mastic as an adhesive material when the roof is made using rolled materials (ruberoid, etc.).
The drying time varies depending on the layer thickness from 12 to 24 hours. The time of final acquisition of the properties 7-15 days. The present text is not a regulation, but a purely informative document. The detailed Application Manual... and the guidelines for application of Rebaks-M® coatings may be obtained upon request made to NPP Rogneda®. Storage conditions: store at a temperature not exceeding +40°С.
Warranty shelf life - 12 months from date of manufacture.
