Kuzbasslak Asphalt Varnish (BT-577 Luxe)

GENERAL INFORMATION

BT-577 luxe (Kuzbasslak) asphalt varnish is produced in accordance with TU 2311-016-13238275-00, it is a solution of special varnish asphalt, modifying resins and other special additives in organic solvents.

The varnish was permitted for application by the Center of State Sanitary and Epidomiological Control of Moscow.

PURPOSE AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION

The BT-577 asphalt varnish is designed for protection painting of various surfaces: metal (incluing those with traces of corrosion), concrete, wood, and other surfaces used in weathering conditions.

One or several layers of asphalt varnish is applied to dry, cleaned from dirt, rust films and peeling old coatings, using a brush, applicator roll, spraying, or submerging, providing for each layer's consumption of 1 liter per 8-12 m². Drying between the layers - 12 hours, final drying -24 hours at 20°C.

Storage conditions: the varnish should be stored at +40°C maximum in a tightly sealed container, protected from moisture, air, and direct sun rays, at a safe distnace from heating appliances.

Warranty shelf life:

• 12 months from the date of manufacture for varnish in glass and metal containers;
• 3 months from the date of manufacture for varnish in PE containers.
