INEY Wood Bleaching and Protection Agent

PURPOSE

Wood bleaching and protection agent Iney has been developed to clean the damaged areas of the wood from the stain and other colorizing agents and mold fungi. As well as for giving natural color of the fresh wood to the surfaces which became dark with time.

PROPERTIES:

• Unique bleaching efficiency.
• Does not impede the natural wood breathing.
• Does not reduce the strength, bondability and dyeability of the wood after processing.
• Provides for preliminary preservative treatment of the wood before its treatment with special preservative compounds.
• Easy to use.
• The complex consists of 2 components:

    compound No. 1 - ligquid compound based on active chlorine compounds

    compound No. 2 - dry powder soluble in water, based on active oxygen compounds (used as a 30-35 % solution)

• Flameproof.
• Convenient packaging.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Treat wood by a brush using compound No. 1. At least 4 hours later treat the wood with the solution of compound No. 2. If the wood is severely damaged, one bleaching cycle may proove insufficient. The consumption of the treatment solution, depending on the degree to which the wood is damaged:

• Compound No. 1 - from 150 to 400 g/m²;
• Compound No. 2 - from 100 to 300 g/m² of the solution (30-100 g/m² of dry powder);

Packaging: compound No. 1 - 10 kg cans; compound No. 2 - 2.5 kg plastic buckets.

Storage conditions:

Store in the factory packaging at temperatures no exceeding +35°C, protect from moisture.

Warranty shelf life - 12 months.
