GENERAL INFORMATION
The UR-600 multi-purpose water-resistant adhesive (TU 2252-021-13238275-01) is a solution of polyurethane rubber and modifying additives in the mixture of ethyl acetate and acetone.
PURPOSE
The adhesive is to be used in the production process, construction, for repairing footwear and by individuals for gluing the following materials in any combinations: PVC (rigid and plasticized), rubber, artificial and genuine leather, polyurethane rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, organic glass, plastic, paper, cardboard, fabrics, fibrous materials. The glue line is higly elastic and water-resistant.
The product was permitted for application by the Center of Sanitary and Epidomiological Control of Moscow.

BRIEF APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The glued surfaces shoul be conditioned, degreased, and dried.
Cold Technique.Apply a uniform thin adhesive layer to the glued surfaces and leave to dry for 10-15 minutes, then apply another layer of adhesive and leave to dry for 5-10 minutes, after that press the surfaces tightly against each other for 1-2 minutes. The glued item can be used after 24 hours.
Depending on the properties of the glued materials (porosity, strength, elasticity) and the gluing conditions, the gluing method can be changed, i.e.:
- The drying time can be reduced to 1-2 minutes.
- The adhesive is applied in one layer.
- The glued surfaces must be left for a longer time (up to 24 hours).
Hot Technique.Apply a thin uniform adhesive layer to the glued surfaces and dry for 20-30 minutes, then heat the glued surfaces to 60-80°C, and press tightly against each other for 2 -3 minutes. The item can be used after 4 hours.
Use acetone to dilute the adhesive by its thickening as a result of the solvents' evaporation and to clean the instruments.
Storage conditions: store the adhesive in a tightly sealed container at the temperature from +5 to +40°C. At temperatures below +5°C the adhesive is jellified (i.e. becomes more viscous). In this case, it should be heated in warm water or a warm room to a temperature from +20 to +40°C and stirred, after this the adhesive properties and consistency are fully restored.
